Clémence is the EY Sustainability and Climate Change Africa Leader, specializing in developing integrated sustainability, ESG, and climate change strategies to drive shared value and optimize ESG performance. A systems thinker with a multi-disciplinary approach, she has experience across diverse sectors, helping businesses navigate regulatory, stakeholder, and technical changes. Originally from France and based in South Africa for over a decade, Clémence holds an MSc in Environmental Change Management from Oxford University and a BSc (Honors) in Business Administration from the University of Bath. She is passionate about creating long-term value and fostering a sustainable future.
